Equipping Leaders Unit

The purpose of the Ministry and Vocation Committee (MVC) is to discern and evaluate the calls of inquirers, candidates and pastors to assist congregations to foster healthy relationships with their pastoral leaders.

PRIORITIES

• Organize annual Leadership and Administrative Training Event.
• Organize monthly training mandated for new clergy and available for all.
• Organize groups of pastors to sharpen preaching skills.
